| Mr. O’Brien has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1996. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. O'Brien is a registered Civil Engineer and a shareholder of the firm, currently serving on the Operations and Safety committees. He has experience in engineering and construction management on water and wastewater facilities and building projects. In addition, he has experience with biddability and constructability reviews, preparation and design of rehabilitation feasibility studies, water and wastewater master plans, and detailed design of pipelines, pumping stations and treatment facilities. |
