| Mr. Sinclair has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1986. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Sinclair is a shareholder of the firm, the Executive Secretary and a member of the Marketing Team. He has managed projects as a construction manager, owner, and contractor. His experience includes work on new and upgraded water and wastewater treatment plants, buildings, pipelines, pump station and reservoir design and construction. |
