| Mr. Skrel has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1981 and is a registered Civil Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Michigan. Mr. Skrel is President of the firm and Business Development/Marketing Director. He has experience in construction management, program management, and project management and design of public facilities on projects including pipelines, wastewater and water treatment plants, power generation facilities, pump stations, road and interstate highway improvements, and rail transit systems for various private, state and municipal agencies. He is currently the Vice Mayor of The City of Walnut Creek and on the Board of Directors of Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority. |
