Mr. Sheil has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1991. He has an Associate degree in Construction Technology and both a Master degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Sheil has experience working with commercial and public buildings, water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, roads and fiber optic installation projects.
