| Mr. Clough has worked in the construction industry since 1978 on both the contractors and construction management side. He has experience with inspection and testing on a variety of projects including wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and recycled water treatment plants. In addition, he has experience in soils, concrete, reinforcement, and asphalt placement. On several projects has been lead inspector for the startup - commissioning and operational testing of equipment and SCADA Systems. |
