Mrs. Freitas has worked in the construction industry since 1984. She has provided administrative support on various projects including recycled water facilities, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, pipelines, buildings, roads, and reservoirs. She is an integral member of the Operations Committee and she developed an Administrative Procedures Manual for the company.
