| Mr. Brosnan has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 2000. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Management from University of the Pacific, Stockton, California and is a California registered Professional Engineer. He has experience that includes ‘green’ construction using the USGBC’s LEED® certification process, buildings, laboratories, water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, potable water, reservoir, wetland mitigation as well as new road construction and streetscape improvements. |
