Mr. Nicholson has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1999. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a Masters degree from Golden Gate University and an EIT Certification. He has served as project engineer on various facilities, buildings, and recycled water treatment plant projects.
