| Mr. Tanner has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, San Diego. Mr. Tanner is a registered Civil Engineer and a shareholder of the firm. Mr. Tanner has experience with construction management, claims analysis, schedule review and preparation, contract administration, biddability and constructability reviews, standard front-end specification development, and dispute resolution services. Mr. Tanner’s experience includes recycled water and wastewater treatment facilities, roadways, bridges, and pipeline construction. |
