| Mr. Covello has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction for more than 45 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. Mr. Covello is a registered Civil Engineer as well as the Chairman of the Board and a Principal of the firm. In addition, he is a Fellow of ASCE. He has managed and performed biddability and constructability reviews, developed standard front-end specifications, prepared and reviewed construction schedules, served as a construction manager, project manager, and program manager, provided dispute resolution and expert witness services on various projects including wastewater treatment plants, recycled water facilities, pipelines, buildings, airports, rapid transit, highways, roads, tunnels, dams, and bridges. |
