Mr. Tanner has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, San Diego. He is a registered Civil Engineer,  a Vice President of the firm and an integral member of the Operations Team.  Mr. Tanner has experience with program and construction management, claims analysis, schedule review and preparation, contract administration, biddability and constructability reviews, standard front-end specification development and dispute resolution services. Mr. Tanner’s experience includes recycled water and wastewater treatment facilities, buildings, roadways, bridges and pipeline construction.
