This project consisted of renovations to the District’s Operations and Maintenance Buildings. Work in the Operations Building included a new laboratory, offices, meeting rooms and locker rooms while maintaining access and use of the existing SCADA control room. Work in the Maintenance Building included new bridge cranes, floor surfacing, a new “clean” maintenance room, renovated office space, and bathrooms. Construction required close coordination with District operations and personnel.
