Mr. Wrightson has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1977. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland, is a Vice President of the firm and manages Covello's safety program.  His experience includes project management, program management, direct construction, construction management, constructability studies, scheduling, contract/subcontract management, cost control, inspection, construction impact mitigation, design management, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, powerhouse, pipeline, flood protection, and industrial facilities. Mr. Wrightson’s experience includes domestic and international projects for both public and private clients using a variety of implementation methods including design-build, design-build-operate, conventional design-bid-build and privatization.
