Mr. Carlson has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 2002. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His construction experience includes recycled water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, concrete structures, cofferdams, pipelines, building renovations and landscape projects. Additionally, Mr. Carlson is on the Covello Operations Team and has contributed  on Covello's dispute/claims resolution teams.
