Ms. McGuire has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ms. McGuire has experience working with water resource projects as well as various structural and architectural projects.
