Due to aging facilities and more stringent regulatory requirements, a pump station was constructed at the existing wastewater treatment plant. This work included building a concrete-lined equalization basin, various cast-in-place concrete structures, yard piping, valves, gates, pumps, a ventilation system and soil bed for odor control, a new CMU control building to house the electrical and instrumentation equipment, and associated site grading.
