Mr. Brosnan has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 2000. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Management from University of the Pacific, Stockton, California and is a California registered Professional Engineer. He has experience that includes ‘green’ construction using the USGBC’s LEED® certification process for buildings and laboratories. Mr. Brosnan has experience providing project engineering services for  water and wastewater treatment plant, pipeline, potable water, reservoir, wetland mitigation as well as new road construction and streetscape improvement projects.
