Mr. Skrel has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1981 and is a registered Civil Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Michigan. Mr. Skrel is President of the firm and Business Development/Marketing Director. He has experience in program, project and construction management, and design of public facilities on projects including pipelines, wastewater and water treatment plants, power generation facilities, pump stations, road and interstate highway improvements, rail transit systems for various private, state and municipal agencies. He served 11 years on the Walnut Creek City Council, including two terms as Mayor. He is on the Board of Directors of Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority and active in several industry organizations.
