This project constructed two maintenance buildings; the first containing second story offices and conference rooms and on the first floor an electrical repair bay, paint room, instrumentation, bathrooms and lockers, and laundry facilities. Construction of the first building also includes a hydraulic elevator. The second building contains a large work bay and storage areas, with a separate area for welding and fabrication. The project also constructed a canopy area between buildings and a large washdown area. Facility construction included grading, paving, piping, electrical, instrumentation, ventilation, ducting, and all appurtenant utilities necessary for operations.
