This project included installing approximately 11,600 linear feet of 24-inch forcemain, a flow meter vault, pig launch facilities, surge tank facilities, valving and controls. The pipeline is high density polyethylene. It is located between the Delta Diablo Sanitation District Bridgehead Pump Station on Bridgehead Road in Oakley and extends westward along Wilbur Avenue to the Wilbur Avenue crossing of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
