Mr. Kuzma has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 2005. He is a California Water Environment Association (CWEA) Redwood Empire Section Board Member as well as a registered CCM.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Kuzma has experience working with recycled water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, buildings and roads.
