Mr. Davenport has worked in the engineering profession with an emphasis in construction since 1988. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Davenport is a Principal of the firm and a member of the firm's Marketing Team. He has managed and performed biddability and constructability reviews, developed standard front-end specifications, served as construction manager and provided construction consultation services on various projects including recycled water facilities, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, pipelines, buildings, roads, bridges, dams and reservoirs.
