Mr. Gibney has worked in the Operations and Maintenance sector of various Public Works since 1984. He provides inspection and field engineering support services at Covello. He has experience with asphalt roadway repairs and ancillary infrastructure and stormwater pump station projects and has familiarity with all phases of Public Works inspection.
